Just a quick introduction, we are Curtis & Sue Hall, after being in business for ourselves most of our lives I found myself in corporate America for the first time at age 47. I lasted three years and they were the three most miserable years of my adult life. We decided that we needed a complete change so we packed our bags in 2016 and moved to St George Utah and started the Corndog Company.
Since then, we have learned a lot and have been able to create a company that we love. It has given us all the things we've always hoped for in business. Yes we work hard at what we do but the rewards have been beyond our expectations. Several years ago, I realized that this would be an incredible opportunity for others and so we began to expand through license agreements and now have locations from Utah, Florida to Hawaii and everywhere in between.

The Corndog Company offers a unique business opportunity with pre-cooked products used on an as-needed basis, eliminating waste. You'll have no accounts receivable to manage, and our simple menu makes operations straightforward.
This is the perfect owner-operator business. Your initial trailer or truck is owned 100% by you after it's paid off, and we offer low monthly licensing costs paid monthly. Setup and take down are easy with minimal prep time required.

Open & Grow Your Business

Define the territory (usually by county) and outline a game plan based on the opportunity within the given area.
Establish that the proper financial resources are in place to allow for the implementation and growth of the business in the defined area.
Review and discuss any questions regarding the License agreement.
Establish the timeline for initial deposit, training and delivery to the established territory.
Gather the proper documentation from the Health Department and State requirements in the defined territory to ensure that the trailer is built to the required specifications established in the local territory.
Order Custom Trailer and establish potential cost of delivery to the Licensee.
Obtain the proper permits and business license required in the area. (Responsibility of the Licensee)
Establish location for initial opening, and launch soft opening.
Price varies based on several factors such as location. Contact us for a personalized quote based on your territory and specific needs.
We would prefer that our Licensees have the financial resources to open their first location without financing. We know and understand that this is not always an option and will work with you directly to establish the best option available.
It usually takes 6-8 weeks to have your trailer custom built during which time we will work with you to establish all the other necessary training and requirements to be ready to open upon delivery.


The ongoing requirements to maintain your License are 4% a month on your Gross sales volume and the purchase of proprietary batter from "The Corndog Company". All other necessary items to be used in the daily operations of the business we will work to establish on a local level.
Obviously this is the question most people want to know and the answer is very open ended. It is like any business in that the more you put in the more you get out. We have had incredible success stories from our Licensees and we have also had some that didn't do as well as they could have. In every case we can look to the effort put into the area and can easily establish a pattern for maximum profit or minimal profit. This has always been a full time endeavor for us and we have always made great income as a result. We are not looking for those who simply want to invest. We are looking for owners who want to be involved.
